Regina Public Schools said Monday there is a case of COVID-19 at Ecole Connaught Community School.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority shared the information with the school division.
Close contacts have been told of the positive case and have been given information about self-isolation.
Affected students are to begin remote learning and aren’t to return to the 13th Avenue school until Feb. 22, when classes resume after the February break.
Meanwhile, the Regina Catholic School Division reported a case at St. Catherine Community School.
A classroom at the school on Brotherton Avenue has been closed and all close contacts have been told to self-isolate.
EDITOR’S NOTE: This is a corrected version of the story. Regina Public Schools provided incorrect information about the number of cases at Connaught.
