Water line break in Moose Jaw leaves hundreds of homes without water

A water main break in the west part of Moose Jaw has left numerous residents without water Thursday.

Homes on the 1400 block of Caribou Street West along with residents on 14th Avenue Northwest between Caribou and Stadacona are currently without water as city crews work to repair the damage.

The city says about 500 properties are being affected by the break.

Properties on the 1400 and 1500 blocks of Hochelaga Street West are expected to be without running water until Friday. The city will be providing a water trailer for residents today.
