I have 3 kids and one thing that all 3 enjoy eating is Cheeseburgers. As you know my wife & I love to cook and we love looking up different recipes and
experimenting. We stumbled upon a cheeseburger casserole recipe & the kids gobble it up as well as us.
Get oven preheat to 350 degrees and pasta on stove top boiling. In a large skillet, cook up onions and garlic. Stir in ground beef and cook until
browned; season with salt and pepper. Next, stir in the tomato paste, then add the tomatoes and mustard.
Let the mixture bubble gently until it is slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Toss the meat mixture with the pasta and spread it into the
prepared dish. Top with the cheddar and bake until the cheese is melted & golden brown, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the chopped pickles over the top
and serve.
Guess what, it’s eatin time!!!
