Those, both in and outside the sport, who believe fighting needs to be part of the NHL game have yet to provide statistics showing a link between fighting and winning.
To repeat: if you have those numbers I’d be happy to see them.
Those inside the sport, particularly players, respect peers who fight.

I almost never see a fight have a direct impact on the score of a game. However, the majority of NHL players believe it can.
