One man is dead and two others are injured after a vehicle rolled over on Highway 942 near Big River.
On Saturday night around 1:30 a.m., Big River RCMP responded to a report of a vehicle rollover on the highway around a few kilometres north of the junction with Highway 55.
Police determined the vehicle with three adult men left the road and rolled into the ditch, the driver, a 35-year-old man from North Battleford, was declared dead at the scene.
The other two men were also taken to hospital — one was transported to hospital by STARS with life-threatening injuries and the other was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
The victims’ family has been notified of his death and the Big River RCMP as well as an RCMP collision re-constructionist are continuing to investigate.
Big River is located roughly 120 kilometres northwest of Prince Albert.
