One man has been arrested after allegedly driving a stolen vehicle and hitting three people in a hit and run.
On Wednesday around 11:45 a.m., police were dispatched to the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Arcola Avenue after getting reports of a man being struck by a vehicle.
Police say that early information indicates a driver stopped at the intersection before being struck from behind by another vehicle.
When the driver exited his vehicle, he was then hit by the vehicle that had just struck his car.
People who witnessed what happened stopped and exited their vehicles to assist the victim.
The suspect then struck the original victim again, as well as the two witnesses who were assisting the injured man.
The vehicle then fled the scene before the driver was later arrested.
