The Regina Catholic School Division says seven more cases of COVID-19 were detected at three of its schools.
On its website, the division posted letters to families informing them that four cases had been identified at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys School, two cases had been found at St. Joan of Arc School and one case had been reported at each of St. Matthew School and St. Gabriel School.
Close contacts were informed and provided information about self-monitoring and self-isolation.
Regina Public Schools also reported 13 new cases at 11 schools.
There were three cases at Ecole W.S. Hawrylak Schools, with single cases at each of Albert Community School, McDermid Community School, Ecole Connaught Community School, Ecole Wilfrid Walker, Arcola Community School, Dr. L.M. Hanna School, Ecole Massey School, McLurg School, Ecole Elsie Mironuck Community School, M.J. Coldwell School and Thom Collegiate.
To date, Regina’s two largest school divisions have reported 143 cases at 53 schools and on three buses since the start of September.
