The Regina Catholic School Division sent letters to families at seven of its schools over the weekend about eight COVID-19 cases in various classrooms.
The division told families there were two cases at Michael A. Riffel Catholic High School and one case at each of St. Francis Community School, St. Nicholas School, Ecole St. Angela Merici, Ecole St. Pius X, St. Theresa School and Ecole St. Mary.
Meanwhile, Regina Public Schools on Monday reported two cases each at Harbour Landing School and Dr. L.M. Hanna School, and one apiece at Kitchener Community School, Scott Collegiate, Imperial Community School, Campbell Collegiate, Thomson Community School, Coronation Park Community School, Ecole Wascana Plains School, and Ecole Elsie Mironuck Community School.
The Catholic division has reported 71 cases at 25 of its schools since Oct. 1. Regina Public Schools has announced 90 cases at 34 schools in the same time frame.
