Hey there in today’s feature we’ll discuss Crockpot Lasagna Soup.
It’s one of my family’s favorite soup. It’s super easy to make that even my 8 yr old could make it. The kids absolutely love it and are always
begging for more. What better way to cook a soup then in the crockpot.
Lasagna Soup
First mix together a can of tomatoes and tomato paste in crockpot. Next add beef broth, uncooked lean ground beef, garlic, parsley, basil, onion, can of V8 and salt/pepper.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours. When 30 minutes are left of cook time, add in the 1 cup of water and noodles. Stir to combine. Put lid back on and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
Next, grab your favorite soup bowl, a ladle, an serve. Top with some shredded mozzarella, ricotta cheese, and get ready to dig in. Guess what, it’s eatin time!!!
