Person found dead in Regina park identified as P.A. man

A 22-year-old Prince Albert man has been identified as the person whose body was found in a Regina park last week.

The Regina Police Service said Harvey Beatty was found dead in Greenberg Park in the 1900 block of Broder Street, just north of Victoria Avenue., just after 5 p.m. on Dec. 16.

Police are now asking for the public’s help as they investigate Beatty’s death. Anyone who saw Beatty in the days before his death is asked to call the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
