A 46-year-old Regina man is facing mischief charges after a number of incidents of graffiti were reported in the city — including one at a doughnut store on Broad Street.
According to police, officers were called to investigate after five incidents in November and December involving businesses in the downtown Regina and the Warehouse District.
The first three occurred Nov. 5 in the 2100 block of 11th Avenue, the 1800 block of Hamilton Street and the 2000 block of Broad Street.
A fourth happened Nov. 29 in the 1400 block of Broad Street, with the fifth reported Dec. 10 in the 1800 block of 11th Avenue.
The accused was arrested earlier this week and charged with five counts of mischief under $5,000. He’s to make his first appearance in Regina Provincial Court on Feb. 14.
