Sarah Mills says parents are probably breathing a sigh of relief as kids head back to school after the Easter break.
The Regina Police Service and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service are investigating the death of a woman in the city early Wednesday.
In a media release, police said officers responded at about 3 a.m., to a house in the 700 block of Garnet Street for an “assist citizen” call. Officers found a woman’s body inside the house and called for the Forensic Identification Unit and the coroner.
Police were trying to identify the victim as of Wednesday afternoon. There weren’t any other details released, including the cause of death.
