12:00 – After a severe storm knocked out 200-300 power poles in southern Saskatchewan Monday night, power is finally being restored. SaskPower customers in Maple Creek saw their power restored fully on Thursday, though some rural areas are still in the dark. Maple Creek Deputy Mayor Len Barkman says residents pulled together to help each other out, but the town will need to put some measures in place to ensure the next major storm doesn’t have such devastating effects. Barkman joins Gormley for an update from Maple Creek.
