8:30– The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) casino and the betting app will be launching this fall. Saskatchewan residents will now be able to gamble in a regulated way online as this new app develops. SIGA said on Monday, that they have selected British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) to develop this app. Zane Hansen, president of SIGA joins us with this story.

10:00– Food packaging may start to look different. High levels of sugar, fat, and sodium will now be displayed on the foods you buy. Health Canada has now moved forward with a policy to have these labels placed on the front of these packages. 12:00– The Canada Western Foundation recently released a report called “Shovel Ready to Shovel Worthy: The path to a national trade infrastructure plan for the next generation.” The report looks at declining national and international confidence in the ability of Canada’s trade infrastructure to deliver goods reliably. Gary Mar, CEO of Canada Western Foundation joins Gormley to discuss this report.
