8:30 – SaskPower’s 2021-22 annual report was released Wednesday, stating that it has a significant drop in net income, which equaled, $11 million for the year. This is 92 per cent less than the $60 million in net income which was produced in the 2020-21 year. The minister responsible for SaskPower, Don Morgan, joins Gormley to discuss the future of power generation, as well as the challenges SaskPower may face when it comes to dealing with Net 0.

9:00 –On June 13th a Saskatoon man was stabbed directly in his head with a screwdriver at the Royal University Hospital, according to his daughter Danya Beauchesne. She was at the hospital seeking medical attention as her father accompanied her, and was then attacked with a screwdriver when he left to pay for parking. Beauchesne has created a Go Fund Me page to help raise money for dad. She joins Gormley with more on this story.
