10:30– What do you think about a four-day work week? Would it ease off the stress, make you happier, or do you think it would make those four days more stressful? Charlotte Lockhart is the founder and managing director of 4 Day Work Week Global, which is a nonprofit community that supports the idea of a shorter week in the workforce. According to their studies, they found that 63 per cent of businesses found it easier to attract and retain talent with a four day work week, and 78 per cent of employees in this study have been happier and less stressed.
