11:00 – Video games tend to get a bad rap, but according to a recent study, playing video games seems to be related to increased cognitive ability in children.  Bader Chaarani, is an assistant professor of psychiatry at the University of Vermont and was the lead author of the study. He joins Taylor to discuss their findings.

11:30 – A Saskatchewan teacher has raised thousands of dollars for local charities through bake sales.  Erika Rybinksi is a teacher at Humboldt Collegiate Institute and is the baker behind the charitable organization Pastry and the Piano.  She joins Taylor to tell us more about how she got started baking to help others in her community.
