Bader Chaarani, is an assistant professor of psychiatry at the University of Vermont and was the lead author of the study. He joins Taylor to discuss their findings.

Erika Rybinksi is a teacher at Humboldt Collegiate Institute and is the baker behind the charitable organization Pastry and the Piano. She joins Taylor to tell us more about how she got started baking to help others in her community.
