Nelson Motors and Equipment building new store in Radville

Nelson Motors and Equipment is expanding its Radville location.

The company announced Wednesday it’s building a new store on the same lot as its existing store.

The new building is expected to be double the size of the existing space, at 34,000 square feet.

“It will bring our store to the next level; it will have everything in one building compared to the three we are working out of now. It will give us quick access to parts and help with internal communications,” Frank Tuchscherer, the store and sales manager for Nelson Motors and Equipment’s Radville branch, said in a media release.

“All of the team here are excited about the new shared spaces that will allow us to host clinics in-store with top-of-the-line technology. Specifically, our shop team is excited to work more efficiently. The shop will be laid out better, allowing us to easily bring in different equipment prices without moving others around.”

Construction is slated to start this month. It’s the fourth of the company’s five locations to be updated since 2009.
