The Central Butte Flyers' president says many small-town teams are seeing the same issue.
A 22-year-old man from Moose Jaw is facing child pornography charges in relation to an investigation into online uploading and sharing of illegal images and videos through a messaging app.
The Moose Jaw Police Service and the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit executed a search warrant earlier this year at the suspect’s home and devices were seized with evidence located on those devices.
Zachary German has been charged with possession of child pornography and sharing and making available child pornography.
German was released in Moose Jaw on a release order that includes not possessing or accessing devices that can connect to the internet and no contact with any person under 16 years of age.
He’s to appear in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on March 20.
