Previously, WHL players were declared ineligible to play NCAA hockey in the U.S.
The Moose Jaw Warriors were short four players as they went on to face the Regina Pats on Saturday.
In a news release, the Western Hockey League said Connor Ungar, Max Wanner, Lynden Lakovic and Marek Howell have been suspended indefinitely.
The league said this is for the possible violation of team rules and WHL Standard of Conduct Policies.
An investigation is underway.
No further information has been provided by the league.
