Drivers in the Queen City will need to plan ahead before leaving home.
Phase 1 of the City of Regina’s 11th Avenue revitalization project began on Monday, which means 11th Avenue between Broad and Hamilton streets will be closed for around six months.
According to the city’s website, the project consists of four phases and will take four years to complete.
However, 11th Avenue will be open again to two-way traffic from November through April, the website said.
