A contractor did a little roadwork on Albert Street on Tuesday that wasn’t part of the City of Regina’s construction plan.
A cement mixer spilled part of its load on Albert near Avonhurst Drive and then trailed wet cement as the truck drove through the intersection.
There was a large pile of cement left where the dumping started.

“No disrespect to the driver, we’ve all had these days!” the person shooting the video said in their Facebook post.
In an emailed statement Tuesday afternoon, a spokesperson for the City of Regina said traffic restrictions were in place while the contractor cleaned up the mess. That work was complete by 3:15 p.m.
