The Schizophrenia Society offers programs and services, including support groups, to help people living with mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, anxiety and depression. Curtis Harman joins Taylor MacPherson to talk about his own story of recovery from bipolar disorder and discuss the work of the Schizophrenia Society.

12:00 – The mental health of workers is declining, according to the TELUS Mental Health Index, which puts the current score at the same level as it was during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study also shows two in five workers are unfamiliar with their Employee Assistance Program. Telus Health’s Paula Allen joins Taylor MacPherson to talk employee mental health.
