Alberta RCMP continue to search for a long-haul truck driver nearly a year after the Warman man disappeared.
Donald “Donny” Sayers, 55, was last seen near Swan Hills, Alta. on May 22, 2016.
The truck he was driving, a dark blue Dodge Ram, was found abandoned on Highway 32 near Whitecourt on May 22. RCMP conducted ground and air searches where the vehicle was found.
Sayers’ personal car, a black Ford Mustang, was found at a hotel in Slave Lake on May 26 – the same day a friend reported the Warman man missing.
The long-haul truck driver regularly travels between Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. RCMP said his disappearance is out of character.
