A Kindersley man is facing charges of impaired driving causing bodily harm along with drug charges after a crash that left two others injured.
According to the RCMP, officers were called to the scene of a crash involving a car and a truck in Kindersley on Nov. 5.
The driver of the car – who police said had left the scene after the crash – was taken to hospital for treatment, along with a woman who was a passenger in the car and the driver of the truck.
“Responding officers located and seized approximately 79 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 5 grams of cocaine, and a sum of cash in the car,” the RCMP said in a statement.

After an investigation by police, the 25-year-old Kindersley man who was allegedly behind the wheel of the car was arrested on Nov. 17.
He’s now charged with two counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm, two counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm, and failure to stop after an accident that resulted in bodily harm.
The 25-year-old is also charged with possession of methamphetamine and cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime, and driving without registration and a valid licence.
He’s expected to make his first appearance in a Kindersley courtroom next week.
