More than five months after the incidents occurred, the RCMP is asking for the public’s help to identify three individuals who destroyed road signs in the Rural Municipality of Moose Jaw.
In a media release Monday, the Mounties said the Moose Jaw RCMP got a call Aug. 12 that a driver was driving over the signs.
The investigation found that between Aug. 7 and Aug. 12, two men and a woman had hit multiple road signs with a red Ford F-150, loaded them in the pickup, and left the scene.
“It is unknown how many street signs were damaged and stolen,” the Mounties’ release said. “Officers later located and recovered a number of the damaged signs in the RM of Moose Jaw.”
Anyone with information about the incidents or who recognizes the people in the photos was asked to call the Moose Jaw detachment at 306-691-4670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
