James Smith Cree Nation man dead after rollover near P.A. on Monday

A 21-year-old man from the James Smith Cree Nation died in a single-vehicle rollover near Prince Albert on Monday.
According to the RCMP, the crash happened on Coxby Road, southeast of the city, at around 7:47 a.m.
The James Smith man, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was declared dead at the scene by paramedics. His name was not released, but police said his family has been notified.
The driver was airlifted to hospital by STARS helicopter, and two other passengers were taken to hospital by paramedics on the ground. Their injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
“Prince Albert RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist,” the RCMP said in a statement.
