One person was taken to hospital after an early-morning fire on Friday.
Firefighters rushed to the scene in the 500 block of Victoria Avenue.
In a social media post, Regina Fire and Protective Services said there were flames and smoke coming from the home when firefighters arrived.
One person was rescued from the house, and was taken to hospital by EMS.
Crews are on scene of a house fire 500 Blk Victoria Ave. Fire and smoke from the home on arrival. Firefighters made entry and removed one occupant who has been transported to hospital by EMS. There were no other injuries.
The fire department said the blaze is under control and city crews have boarded up the home.
