Chef Malcolm Craig has been working in a kitchen for more than 30 years. He is currently the owner and operator of Chef Malcolm’s Handmade Pies, a taste of Britain encased in a flaky, buttery, pastry. Over his career, Chef Malcolm has worked at the famed Pump Rooms at the Roman bath in Bath, England.
His arrival in Canada saw him through the former Cathedral Village Freehouse, The Willow on Wascana and Beer Bros, before branching out on his own. He has cooked for the now King Charles, musician Van Morrison and a personal meal for former Premier Brad Wall and the then Governor of Montana. His passion remains food and experimentation in the kitchen, but when not cooking, you can find him fishing!
