The $1.33M rent reduction comes from what the club owed during seasons impacted by the pandemic.

A man who decided to ride the top of a train car through Prince Albert on Wednesday afternoon got some cheers from observers in traffic who were waiting for the train to cross.
At least three videos of the man were shared to a local social media group. The clips show him standing on top of a train car as it exits the bridge and makes its way through town.
He can be heard whooping and seen raising his fist in the air during the ride, which continued as far as the Tim Hortons on Second Avenue.
Prince Albert police said the man was asked to get off the train by Carlton Trail staff, and managed to do so safely.
No charges were laid, although legal jurisdiction for railway falls to the rail line themselves.
