11:30 – A recent MNP Consumer Debt Index released shows that Manitoba and Saskatchewan residents are more likely than other provinces to say interest rates need to go down in order for their financial situations to improve. Michelle Scheller, Saskatoon-based licensed insolvency trustee, joins Evan to discuss the report’s findings and offer advice to Saskatchewan residents facing challenges.
