Regina police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a bank in the city’s south end Friday afternoon.
Officers were called to the Scotiabank on the 4100 block of Albert Street around 12:45 p.m.
According to police, the suspect told an employee there he was robbing the bank, at which point the worker handed money to the man.
Police reported the suspect may have indicated he had a weapon.
No one was injured during the robbery.
While the suspect was seen leaving the bank on foot, police said it hasn’t been determined if the man fled in a vehicle, or how much money he made off with.
Police describe the man as about being between five feet six inches and five feet eight inches tall. He also appeared to be in his mid 40’s.
