Regina police are advising the public a high-risk sexual offender has moved to the North Central neighbourhood.
Phillip Lionel Levac, 30, has a history of violent sexual offenses, both as a youth and adult, and has been known to re-offend.
“During his time of incarceration, he has never completed programming designated to address his risk factors. Mr. Levac has not made any progress in reducing his high risk to re-offend violently,” Regina police warned in a news release.
Levac is under probation orders including a curfew between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. He’s also banned from buying alcohol and has to report any relationships to his probation officer.
He is described as being six feet one inch tall, weighing around 240 pounds with a muscular build.
He has multiple tattoos including an angel on his left shoulder, a skull on his left calf and the word “desecrator” on his left shin.
The police are reminding people that this information is only meant to raise awareness and allow people to take precautions around this person and not to “embark on any form of vigilantism or any other unreasonable conduct.”
