This Saturday is CJME’s Santas Anonymous wrap day.
All the toys that you have kindly donated over the last few weeks are wrapped and given to kids who might not otherwise see any.
Roxanne Brown is one listener who has joined us with her family to wrap for the last few decades.
“It is important for the little guys to get something under the tree,” she said.
They also are happy to wrap the unique gifts that other people avoid, the bigger better.
“We don’t let anything go out the door without being wrapped and tied with a ribbon, we have done toboggans, sleds, even bicycles in past years.”.
This year 973 families are being helped through Santa’s Anonymous.
We hope to see you this Saturday 9 a.m. at the Regina and District food bank on Winnipeg Street.
